The Medical Student Pride Alliance was founded by a small group of students with a passion for community and a fierce commitment to improving LGBTQ+ healthcare.

We are building a diverse team of self-motivated, hard-working medical students who share a passion for our mission. As a group composed of busy physicians-in-training scattered across multiple institutions, we operate within a culture of respect, integrity, and accountability. Building a national organization is challenging and requires flexibility and determination. In return, our teammates gain unique leadership experience and a sense of community that few academic medical centers are able to offer on their own.

MSPA is divided into 3 specialized Committees that collectively work towards the organization’s goals. To apply, email your CV and a statement of interest for one or more(!) committees to [email protected]
